Dr. Pileski has been a certified Dao Yin Qigong instructor since 2013 and only offers private and personalized Dao Yin Qigong exercises as an adjunct to her clinical work.
Qigong is a combination of gentle stretching, focused breath work and body movement exercises that enhance rehabilitation, mobility and relaxation.

Additional therapeutic techniques such as; cupping, moxibustion or gua sha may be selected in combination with your acupuncture treatment.
A Chinese herbal formula will be created and tailored to your specific constitutional needs using either a selection of raw herbs or top quality granule formulas.
