We will be learning Chen Style Taijiquan, first form at Gyro Park in Nelson.
The class will orient around health, form, structure and breathing. With a sprinkling of martial application, silk reeling, TCM theory and Qi Gong.
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30AM. Starting May 31st through to August 30th.

We are happy to announce the pandemic has ended and Dr. Pileski is currently accepting new patients.
